"Will not use again. Most importantly: I do not recommend trusting them with your credit card information over the phone! When I asked about paying by credit card, the option was to provide my details over the phone. The person told me their computer was down, but suggested they would write down my credit card information to enter into the system later and then destroy it. That is very unsafe practice! Not PCI compliant. The only pros were that service was prompt (same-day) and the plumber was nice enough and thoroughly explained the issue. I wish I was informed of the 2-hour minimum charge in advance when I called. My entire appt was only 45 min. To resolve the leak, the plumber re-caulked around the tub, but he did not remove the old, mildewy silicone first so now I have to tear that out and redo it. My invoice included a $15 supplies charge, though no supplies were used except the small amount of silicone that was not properly applied anyway. I'm told any use of reusable gloves, etc also counts towards that charge, which seems unfair for every customer to be charged for the same tools/supplies. The "clean up" efforts were very poor. There was so much debris left over from cutting into the ceiling that I had to fully vacuum the area, and also footprints and dirt required me to mop the entryway, stairs, hallway, and bathroom afterwards, as well as clean out the tub."
